Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Office Hours (the “Service”), an online AP Calculus AB study tool. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

The Service is operated from the State of California, United States (“Office Hours,” “we,” “us”). Legal notices and questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@apcalcpractice.com.

Office Hours provides practice questions, lessons, rubric-style walkthroughs, and full-length practice exams to help you prepare for the AP Calculus AB exam. Office Hours is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by the College Board. AP® and Advanced Placement® are registered trademarks of the College Board.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single individual; do not share access. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Plans and payment

The Service offers a free tier and a paid Premium plan. Premium is a one-time purchase that grants access for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, after which Premium access ends unless you purchase again. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Refunds and money-back guarantee

If Premium isn’t right for you, you may request a full refund for any reason within seven (7) days of purchase by emailing hello@apcalcpractice.com. Premium also includes a score guarantee, subject to the conditions on our Guarantee page. Except as described in this section and on the Guarantee page, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

Your access is for personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or scrape the questions, lessons, or other content, nor attempt to bypass access controls or extract content you are not entitled to. Content is provided for your own exam preparation only.

6. Intellectual property

All content and materials in the Service are owned by Office Hours or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own study while your account is in good standing.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is,” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular exam result except as expressly stated in the Guarantee. Practice questions and predicted scores are estimates and are not official College Board materials or scores.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Office Hours will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
