This policy explains what information Office Hours collects, how we use it, and your choices. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.
Information we collect
Account information: your email address and password (passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider). Study data: your progress, question attempts, completed lessons, flags, notes, and practice-exam results. Payment information: when you buy Premium, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited transaction details (such as confirmation of payment) but not your full card number.
How we use it
To provide and save your study progress, process purchases, provide support, secure the Service, and improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to operate the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), and Resend (transactional email, e.g. verification emails). These providers process data on our behalf, and data may be stored and processed in the United States.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (such as light/dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can access and update your information in your account, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@apcalcpractice.com. Deleting your account removes your study data.
Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for high-school-aged students and adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
