We’re confident in the prep. If you put in the work and don’t score a 3 or higher on the AP Calculus AB exam, we’ll refund your Premium purchase in full. Here are the details.

Who’s eligible

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:

• You purchased Premium and it was active when you sat the exam.
• Before your exam, you completed the course — all lessons — and at least one full-length practice exam in Office Hours.
• You sat the official AP Calculus AB exam during the 12-month period your Premium was active.
• You received an official AP score of 1 or 2.

How to claim

Email hello@apcalcpractice.com after you receive your official AP score, from the email address on your account. Include a copy or screenshot of your official AP score report. We may verify that the eligibility conditions above were met.

Changed your mind?

Separately from the score guarantee, you can get a full refund for any reason within 7 days of purchasing Premium — just email hello@apcalcpractice.com.

Your refund

Approved refunds are issued in full for the Premium purchase price, to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Limits

One guarantee claim per customer. The guarantee covers the Premium purchase price only. Office Hours is a study aid and one factor in your preparation; the guarantee is our commitment to that prep, not a prediction of your score.
